The username on your Indodax account can be changed if it offends one of the points in the username provisions, namely:

• Username contains elements of disrespectful words, indecent, smelling of SARA and other things that violate the norms of decency and decency.
• Username contains elements that seem to represent all elements of INDODAX and its staff. Taking the name of an individual or company.
• Some other things that need to be done from our side.
