Where can I find the Live Chat Feature on the Indodax Pro App?

We inform you how to find the Live Chat Feature on the Indodax Pro Application as follows:

  • Please login to your Indodax Application.

  • Make sure that your Indodax App is in the Pro version.

  • If your Indodax App is in the Lite version, please switch to the Pro version.

  • The Live Chat feature is on the "Home" menu.

  • Please click the "Livechat" menu to talk to an agent.

 

If you have any questions, complaints, or issues regarding your account and transactions, you can also contact Indodax Customer Service through the available official channels.
