We inform you how to find the Live Chat Feature on the Indodax Pro Application as follows:
- Please login to your Indodax Application.
- Make sure that your Indodax App is in the Pro version.
- If your Indodax App is in the Lite version, please switch to the Pro version.
- The Live Chat feature is on the "Home" menu.
- Please click the "Livechat" menu to talk to an agent.
