Regarding the request to unblock your Indodax account, we advise you to take the following steps as a security measure before unblocking your Indodax account:

  • For security, do a virus scan on the device you have.
  • Change the email password registered to your Indodax account.
  • Make changes to your Indodax account password, in connection with you not being able to access your account, you can use the 'Forgot Password' feature on the Indodax account login page;
