How can I find out if my account has been verified?

To see your account verification status, you can follow these steps:

Through the Indodax application:

  • On the homepage of your Indodax application, please open the "Account Settings" menu located in the upper right corner of your screen.
  • If your account has been verified, a "Verified" statement will appear above your full name.

  • On the homepage of your Indodax website, please open the "Profile & Settings" menu located in the upper right corner of your screen.
