Indodax would like to inform all members that data change requests may be rejected if the face detection test is not performed by the authorized account owner. This step is taken to ensure the security and integrity of your account, and to protect your personal data from misuse. If your request is rejected for this reason, we recommend that the authorized account holder performs the face detection process in accordance with the established procedures.
