If you have a pending buy/sell order or your order is still on the open order page and you want to cancel the order to return the asset to your Indodax wallet, please follow the steps below:

If you access Indodax through the website:

• Please visit https://indodax.com/ and login to your account.
• After reaching the dashboard, please select 'Marketplace' and then choose the digital asset market where your open order is located.

• In the 'Pending Order' section, please click 'Cancel' to cancel your transaction.

• You will receive a pop-up notification similar to the following image. Please click 'Ok' to proceed.

• Once successful, you will receive a success notification as follows.

• Congratulations, your order has been successfully canceled. Please click 'Close' to dismiss the notification.

If you access Indodax through the Application:

• Please open your Indodax application.
• Make sure you are in 'PRO' mode.
• Next, select the 'Trade' sub-menu.
• On the open order page, click on 'Cancel'.

• You will receive a confirmation pop-up menu to cancel your order. Please select 'Cancel Order' to proceed with the cancellation process.
• Congratulations, you will receive a notification that your order has been successfully canceled.
