How can I view my pending orders?

Once you have submitted a Buy/Sell order, it will be entered into the order book and executed based on the available bids and asks in the order book. If your order does not find a matching bid/ask, it will be pending and listed on the Open Orders page until it is executed. For further details on why your order is pending, please refer to this. Additionally, the assets used for the buy/sell transaction when placing this order will be frozen until your order is executed or until you cancel it. Further information regarding frozen balances can be accessed through here. To locate your pending order, please follow the steps below:

If you are accessing your account via Indodax website:

  • Please navigate the Marketplace tab to search for the market asset you wish to check (e.g., Bitcoin/BTC).

  • On the Market page for the desired asset, you can locate the pending order section below the market chart of the asset you intend to check.

  • You have the choice to either wait for your order to be executed or cancel it if you prefer to have the asset balance returned to your wallet.

Note: 

If you wish to cancel a pending order, you can click on the 'Cancel' button to cancel your pending order.

 

If you are accessing your account via Indodax App:

  • Select the 'Market' menu.
  • In the search field please search and select the digital asset you want.
  • Then select 'Buy/Sell'.
  • On the 'Open Orders' menu will appear your pending order transactions.
  • You can also select 'Show All' to see all pending order transactions that you have.                   ENG-Order book 1 (2).png                                                                                                

Note: 

If you wish to cancel a pending order, you can click on the 'Cancel' button to cancel your pending order.
