Q : What is Indodax Staking?

A : INDODAX Staking facilitates you to lock your crypto assets on the Blockchain network with a Proof-of-Stake system. The staked coins will generate rewards from validating transactions process.

Q : What is Proof of stake (PoS)?

A : Proof of Stake (PoS) is a consensus mechanism used in the blockchain to verify and validate Crypto Asset transactions.

Q : How INDODAX Staking works?

A : The way INDODAX Staking works is very easy, you can lock available #AsetMasaDepan and INDODAX will lock your assets into the blockchain network. 

Q : What Future Assets can I lock up?

A : You can lock the list of available coins on the staking page. Click here to access the staking page. Other future assets will be periodically added.

Q : Who can lock assets in INDODAX Staking?

A : All INDODAX members can use INDODAX Staking. 

Q : How many rewards will I receive?

A : The rewards you will receive depend on the APY Staking Rewards and the amount of #AssetMasaDepan that you lock. Use the calculator feature to simulate Staking. (The distribution of rewards is done every 13:00 WIB).

Q : What is Bonding?

A : Bonding is a status stating that the asset is in the Staking queue and waiting to enter the Earning stage. (The transition from bonding to earning is done every 14.00 WIB).

Q : What is Unbounding?

A : Unbounding is a status stating that the asset that has been staked has entered the Unstaking queue and has stopped generating rewards (the transition from Unbonding to Unstaking is carried out every 12.00 WIB).

Q : What is Earning?

A : Earning is the stage where the crypto asset that is staked gets a Staking Reward.

Q : What is Unstaking?

A : Unstaking is the process to withdraw the Staked Assets.

Q : How to withdraw the Staked Assets (Unstaking)?

A : You have the right to withdraw the Staked Assets ("unstaking") at any time in the following way:

  • The member submits an Unstaking request for the staked asset (You can only unstake when your staking status is at the earning stage), which will then automatically enter the Unbonding period according to the estimated time of each available coin.
  • During the Unbonding period, you will not get a Staking Reward.
  • When the Unbonding period ends, you will immediately regain your assets. If, when withdrawing crypto assets, you still have an unclaimed Staking Reward, then the Staking Reward will automatically enter your Wallet after being deducted by tax.

How to unstake via Indodax website:

  • Go to your ‘Staking portofolio page’ or click here
  • Select your portofolio

  • Then select ‘unstake’

How to unstake via Indodax Application:

  • Navigate the ‘Wallet’ menu
  • Select ‘Staking’
  • Select ‘Portofolio’

  • Select your ‘Portofolio’
  • Select the ‘Three dots’ that are located at upper right corner
  • Select ‘Unstake’

Q : What is Finished status?

A : Finished Indicates that the asset has been successfully unstacked, and your Staking balance has been returned to your Wallet.
