Where could I find the Indodax account ledger?

We would like to inform you that you can now view your account transaction history through the Website and Application.

How to view transaction history from the website:

  1. Log in to your Indodax account.

  2. Select the “Menu” button, then select “History”.

  3. On the “History” page, choose the “Ledger” tab.

  4. Then adjust the ledger date you want to check, then click on "View Ledger".

  5. If you want to download the ledger, select the “Export to CSV” button.

Please note that for the transaction ledger that can be selected and displayed on the website is only the last three months transactions with a maximum period of 7 days.

However, if you want to get mutation information on transactions made per month, then you can download the transaction mutation by "Download Archive" or the following way:

(ATTENTION: To download the transaction history for the previous month, you can do so on the 10th or 11th of the following month)

  1. On the ledger menu, click "Download Archive".

  2. You can adjust the month and year of the mutation you want.

  3. Then click "Download".

  4. Mutation data will be downloaded in CSV file format.

 

How to view transaction history from the App:

  1. Log in to your account from the Indodax app

  2. Select “History”.

  3. Select the transaction history you want. You can view the transaction history of “Deposit, Withdraw and Trade”. Then, click “Filter symbol” to view the details of the transaction history.

  4. Select “Transaction period”, select “Asset”, and select the desired “Status”.

  5. Click “Apply”.
