- ID card photo/scanned image (E-KTP for Indonesian or passport for expatriates):
- ID Card Number:
- Full name:
- Address:
- Username:
- New email:
- Registered phone number:
- New phone number (optional):
- Relative's phone number:
- Email and phone number change reason:
Our verification staff will contact you on your registered phone number, new phone numbers, or relative’s phone numbers to authenticate your account if the data is accurate and registered on the Indodax system. Please ensure that your phone number is active. If your phone number is reachable, this process will take about 7 working days.
If the verification procedure was successful, our team will confirm the process by email, and you will be able to log in to your account using the new email address.
