Yes. If you make a rupiah deposit using an E-wallet method, there will be a payment time limit for that deposit. There are several E-wallet payment options available on Indodax, including: DANA, ShopeePay, QRIS, OVO, and GOPAY. Of the available E-wallet methods, only DANA, QRIS, ShopeePay, and GOPAY have a time limit for completing your payment. You must complete the deposit payment within 15 minutes. If you do not proceed with the payment within that timeframe, your rupiah deposit transaction will fail, and a “Payment Time Expired” notification will appear. Don’t worry you can simply make the payment again by clicking “Repeat Payment”.
