These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the eligibility, participation requirements, and operational rules of the points-based gamification program known as DAX Rewards ("Program"), which is organized and operated by PT Indodax Nasional Indonesia ("INDODAX"), a limited liability company duly licensed as a Digital Financial Asset Trader (Pedagang Aset Keuangan Digital or "PAKD") and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan or "OJK") in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

     These Terms form an integral part of the INDODAX General Terms and Conditions and are legally binding on all Participants who access, participate in, or use the Program.

     Before participating in the Program, Participants are encouraged to read these Terms carefully. By accessing the DAX Rewards feature and/or participating in the Program, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, including by clicking the "I Agree" button displayed in the Terms and Conditions pop-up when accessing DAX Rewards for the first time.

     INDODAX may amend or update these Terms from time to time to accommodate operational requirements, Program enhancements, or changes in applicable laws and regulations. Any amendment or update will be announced through INDODAX's official communication channels and will become effective on the effective date specified in the updated version of these Terms.

     Participants are responsible for reviewing the latest version of these Terms periodically to stay informed of any amendments or updates. If a Participant does not agree to any amendment, the Participant must discontinue participation in the Program.

     INDODAX shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or other consequences arising solely from a Participant's failure to review or understand any updates to these Terms that have been published through INDODAX's official communication channels.

     These Terms serve as the governing framework for the DAX Rewards Program and set out the respective rights and obligations of INDODAX and the Participants in connection with participation in the Program.

DEFINITIONS AND TERMS

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

1. INDODAX Mobile App means the official INDODAX mobile application available on the iOS and Android platforms, through which Participants may access the DAX Rewards Program.

2. Email means the email address registered to a Verified Customer's INDODAX account in accordance with INDODAX's registration requirements.

3. Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or Indonesian national public holiday on which commercial banks are open for business in Jakarta, Indonesia.

4. Calendar Day means any day in the Gregorian calendar, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

5. DAX Rewards means the gamification feature available within the INDODAX Mobile App that enables Participants to earn Points by completing Missions (Tasks) and redeem those Points for eligible Rewards in accordance with these Terms.

6. Participant means an INDODAX user holding an individual account who has successfully completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with INDODAX’s requirements, meets the eligibility requirements of the Program, and agrees to these Terms.

7. Points means a unit of virtual rewards earned by Participants through the completion of Missions (Tasks) within the DAX Rewards Program, which may be redeemed for eligible Rewards.

8. Program means all activities and features available under DAX Rewards, including, but not limited to, earning Points, Daily Check-in, Daily Missions, Additional Missions, and Reward redemption.

9. Mission means a series of designated activities or tasks established by INDODAX under the DAX Rewards Program and Participants must complete to earn Points. Missions consist of Daily Missions and Additional Missions.

10. Reward means a physical item, digital voucher, or other form of benefit available in the Reward Catalog (Redemption Vault) that may be obtained by Participants may redeem using the required number of Points in accordance with the Program.

11. INDODAX General Terms and Conditions means the applicable general terms and conditions of INDODAX, which are incorporated into and form an integral and inseparable part of these Terms.

12. Account means an INDODAX account that has been registered in accordance with INDODAX's requirements.

13. Redemption Vault means the Reward Catalog available within the DAX Rewards Program where Participants may redeem Rewards using Points.

14. Daily Check-in means a feature of the Program that allows Participants to earn Points by completing a daily check-in in accordance with the Program Terms.

15. DAX Gacha means a chance-based Points redemption mechanism within DAX Rewards that provides Participants with the opportunity to obtain certain Rewards based on the probability mechanism established under the Program.

PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS

1. Each Customer may participate in the DAX Rewards Program using only one (1) INDODAX Account registered under one (1) email address, one (1) mobile phone number, and one (1) valid government-issued identification document (Indonesian Identity Card (KTP) for Indonesian citizens or Passport for foreign nationals), in accordance with INDODAX's requirements.

2. The DAX Rewards Program is available only to customer segments designated by INDODAX from time to time. As of the effective date of these Terms, eligible customer segments include Regular, Priority, and Priority Prime customers holding individual accounts. 

3. The DAX Rewards Program is only available to Indonesian citizens (WNI) and foreign nationals (WNA) who reside and/or are domiciled within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, as reflected in the information registered in their INDODAX Account.

4. The Program is not available to internal accounts, employee accounts, employee family member accounts, testing accounts, or any other accounts that INDODAX determines, in accordance with its internal policies, to be ineligible for participation. 

5. INDODAX reserves the right to verify, review, or change a Participant's eligibility status if there is evidence of Program abuse, the use of multiple accounts by the same individual, or any other circumstances that violate these Terms.

PROGRAM MECHANISM

A. Access and Acceptance

1. DAX Rewards is available exclusively through the INDODAX Mobile App supported on iOS and Android devices.

2. Acceptance of these Terms is a mandatory requirement for Participants to participate in the Program and access all features available within DAX Rewards.

B. How to Earn Points 

1. Participants can earn DAX Points by completing Missions in accordance with the Program mechanism and these Terms.

2. Available Missions include, but are not limited to, the following:

3. Points are awarded in whole numbers only.

4. The number of Points awarded for each Mission is as follows:

Program Period: 12 – 31 August 2026

5. The number of Points awarded for each Mission may be changed from time to time at INDODAX's discretion. Any changes will be announced through DAX Rewards and/or INDODAX's official communication channels.

6. Your total DAX Points balance will be updated automatically in real time once you successfully claim your Points and the INDODAX system verifies that all Mission requirements have been fulfilled.

7. Points that are not claimed in accordance with the Program Terms cannot be reinstated, restored, or manually credited by INDODAX. 

8. Not all Participant activities or transactions are automatically eligible to earn Points. The awarding of Points is subject to the applicable Program Terms and verification by the INDODAX system.

9. INDODAX reserves the right to delay, cancel, adjust, or revoke any DAX Points that have been awarded if there is a system error, calculation error, transaction cancellation, abuse of the Program, suspected manipulation, unusual activity, or any indication of a violation of these Terms or the INDODAX General Terms and Conditions is identified.

10. If a system disruption, transaction recording delay, verification process, or any other circumstance requiring validation occurs, the awarding of Points may be delayed until the required validation has been completed in accordance with INDODAX's policies.

B. Using Your Points

1. DAX Points can be used to redeem eligible Rewards available on the following pages: DAX Gacha for chance-based point redemption, and Rewards for direct point redemption.

2. The required number of Points will be automatically deducted once the Participant confirms the redemption of the selected Reward through the relevant feature in DAX Rewards.

3. Once a Reward redemption has been successfully processed, it is final and binding and may not be cancelled or reversed, except in the event of a system error or other circumstances as determined by INDODAX.

C. Point Expiration

1. All DAX Points are subject to an expiration date determined by INDODAX. The applicable expiration date will be displayed within DAX Rewards.

2. Expired Points will be automatically removed from the Participant's Points balance at 00:00 WIB (Western Indonesian Time) on the applicable expiration date.

3. To help Participants manage their Points, INDODAX will send expiration reminders through the INDODAX App and/or official communication channels:

• One (1) days before the expiration date; and

• On the expiration date as the final reminder.

4. Participants are responsible for redeeming their Points before they expire. Once expired, Points cannot be reinstated, restored, or claimed again.

5. Expired Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or exchanged for any form of compensation.

REWARDS

A. Rewards Types

The rewards available through DAX Rewards consist of Digital Vouchers and Physical Rewards. The type, variety, quantity, specifications, and availability of Rewards may change from time to time at INDODAX's discretion, and INDODAX shall have no obligation to continue offering any particular type of Reward.

B. Reward Redemption 

1. Direct Redemption

• Participants may redeem their DAX Points for Rewards provided that they have sufficient Points, the Reward is still in stock, and the redemption limit (if any) has not been exceeded.

• Before completing a redemption, Participants must review the Reward details and confirm the redemption through the available confirmation feature.

• Once a redemption is successfully completed:

1. The required number of DAX Points will be deducted automatically;

2. The system will display a confirmation notification; and

3. The transaction will be recorded in the Rewards History section.

• Successfully redeemed Rewards cannot be cancelled, transferred to another person, or exchanged for DAX Points, Crypto Assets, or cash.

• INDODAX reserves the right to cancel a Reward redemption or distribution if, upon verification, the Participant is found to be ineligible, the Points were obtained improperly, or there is evidence of abuse of the Program or a violation of these Terms or the INDODAX General Terms and Conditions.

2. DAX Gacha / (Random Reward)

• Certain Rewards may be obtained through a chance-based game mechanism (random reward) available within DAX Rewards. 

• Participants may redeem their Points for one (1) opportunity to play the interactive claw machine game, with the Reward outcome determined based on an algorithmic probability mechanism. 

• Chance-Based: The game uses a random probability system. Participants may have the opportunity to win a Reward or receive a "Better Luck Next Time" (Zonk) result. 

• Limited Availability: Each Reward is subject to limited availability and will be removed from the available prize pool once its allocated quota has been exhausted. 

• Finality of Points: Points used to play the interactive claw machine game are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded (non-refundable). 

• Participants who win a Physical Reward must confirm the Reward collection schedule in accordance with the Physical Reward distribution mechanism through DAX Gacha as stipulated in these Terms. 

• DAX Gacha results shall be determined based on INDODAX's system records and shall be final, provided that there is no demonstrable administrative, technical, or system error. INDODAX reserves the right to cancel any DAX Gacha result and/or restrict a Participant's access to the Program if there is any indication of fraud, manipulation, abuse of the Program, or violation of these Terms.

C. Reward Distribution 

1. General Provisions

• Once a Participant has successfully redeemed a Reward or has been declared a Reward winner in accordance with the applicable Program mechanism, INDODAX will contact the Participant through their registered Email address to provide information regarding the applicable Reward distribution mechanism. 

• For Physical Rewards, the Participant must provide confirmation by replying to the Email no later than fourteen (14) Calendar Days from the date the notification Email is sent by INDODAX. 

• Prior to the distribution of a Physical Reward to the Participant, INDODAX will provide the Participant with a Handover and Acceptance Report (Berita Acara Serah Terima or "BAST"). The Participant must complete, sign, and return the BAST to INDODAX as a prerequisite for the distribution of the Reward. 

• If the Participant fails to provide confirmation and/or complete the administrative requirements referred to above within the period specified by INDODAX, INDODAX reserves the right to cancel the Reward distribution process in accordance with the Program Terms.

2. Digital Vouchers

• Digital Vouchers will be delivered automatically to the Participant's registered email address.

• The Email will include at least the following information:

1. Voucher Code;

2. Link to the Voucher Usage Guide; 

3. Voucher Validity Period; and 

4. Reward Transaction ID.

• The use of any Digital Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant merchant or voucher issuer.

• INDODAX is not responsible for any changes to, restrictions on, discontinuation of, or policies implemented by any merchant or voucher issuer.

3. Physical Reward Distribution

a. Physical Rewards through DAX Gacha 

• Physical Rewards obtained through DAX Gacha must be collected at the INDODAX office by the winner or by a person duly authorized by the winner under a valid power of attorney. 

• INDODAX will send an Email notification to the winner containing at least:

- the Reward collection period; 

- the Reward collection location; and 

- the Reward collection procedure.

• Rewards must be collected at the INDODAX Head Office located at Gedung Millennium Centennial Center, 2nd Floor, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 25, Kuningan, South Jakarta 12920. 

• The winner must confirm the collection date by replying to the Email within the period specified by INDODAX.

1) In-Person Collection by the Winner 

• If the Reward is collected directly by the winner, the winner must be present on the confirmed collection date and present a valid and unexpired original identification document, as follows:

1. Indonesian Identity Card (KTP), for Indonesian citizens; or 

2. Passport, for foreign nationals.

• Prior to handing over the Reward, INDODAX will verify:

1. the identity of the winner; 

2. the winner’s information as recorded in the DAX Rewards Program; and 

3. the consistency of the INDODAX Account information with the confirmation received through Email. 

• INDODAX reserves the right to refuse to hand over the Reward if the verification process reveals any discrepancy in the identity, documentation, Account information, or administrative requirements stipulated under the Program.

2) Collection by an Authorized Representative 

• If the winner is unable to attend in person, the Reward may be collected by another person appointed by the winner as an authorized representative under a valid power of attorney.

• The winner must notify INDODAX in advance through Email of the identity of the authorized representative before the confirmed collection date. The person collecting the Reward must be the same person whose identity has been previously notified to INDODAX.

• The Power of Attorney must be signed by both the Principal and the Attorney-in-Fact in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, either by wet-ink signatures affixed with the applicable stamp duty or by Certified Electronic Signatures issued by an Electronic Certification Provider (Penyelenggara Sertifikasi Elektronik/PSrE) and affixed with an electronic stamp duty (e-Meterai).

• At the time of collection, the Authorized Representative must bring and present:

1. the original power of attorney; 

2. a valid and unexpired original identification document of the Authorized Representative, in the form of a KTP for an Indonesian citizen or Passport for a foreign national; and 

3. a copy of the Principal's valid and unexpired identification document, in the form of a KTP for an Indonesian citizen or Passport for a foreign national.

• Prior to handing over the Reward, INDODAX will verify:

1. the identity of the Authorized Representative; 

2. the identity and information of the winner as recorded in the DAX Rewards Program; 

3. the consistency of the Authorized Representative's identity with the information previously provided by the winner through Email; and 

4. the consistency of the INDODAX Account information with the confirmation received through Email.

• INDODAX reserves the right to refuse to hand over the Reward to the Authorized Representative if the verification process reveals any discrepancy in the identity, documentation, power of attorney, Account information, or administrative requirements stipulated under the Program. 

• If the winner fails to collect the Reward within the specified collection period without prior notice to INDODAX, INDODAX reserves the right to cancel the Reward distribution process in accordance with the Program Terms.

b. Physical Rewards through Direct Redemption

• Physical Rewards obtained through Direct Redemption will be delivered to the Participant's address based on the information confirmed with INDODAX.

• The Participant must provide confirmation of a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address by replying to the confirmation Email sent by INDODAX. 

• Rewards may only be delivered to the Participant who obtained the Reward, based on the information registered in the Participant's INDODAX Account, and may not be transferred to another person. 

• INDODAX will process the shipment no later than thirty (30) Business Days after all administrative requirements have been fulfilled. 

• Upon completion of the administrative process, INDODAX will hand over the Reward to its appointed logistics service provider for delivery. 

• The estimated delivery timeframe may change due to circumstances beyond INDODAX's control. 

• Once the tracking number has been issued, INDODAX will send a notification to the Participant's registered Email address containing at least:Reward Transaction ID;

• Once the tracking number has been issued, INDODAX will send a notification to the Participant's registered Email address containing at least:Reward Transaction ID;

• Reward Name;

• Logistics Provider; and

• Tracking Number.

• If the shipping information provided by the Participant is incomplete and/or invalid, INDODAX will contact the Participant through their registered Email address to request correction of the information.

• INDODAX shall not be liable for any delivery delay caused by the logistics service provider or circumstances beyond INDODAX's control, including events of force majeure.

• The Participant must inspect the condition of the Reward upon receipt. Any claim relating to damage to or discrepancy in the Reward must be submitted to INDODAX no later than seven (7) Business Days from the date the Reward is received, together with sufficient supporting evidence, including an unboxing video. 

• The risk of loss, damage, or misuse of the Reward shall pass to the Participant upon receipt of the Reward by the Participant.

c. All tax obligations arising in connection with the granting, delivery, and/or receipt of Rewards under the Program shall be borne by INDODAX, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

A. Program Restrictions

1. INDODAX reserves the right to restrict a Participant's access to DAX Rewards based on customer segmentation, account status, risk profile, operational needs, compliance requirements, or other considerations in accordance with INDODAX's internal policies.

2. Participants who have not completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, or whose accounts are suspended, restricted, or frozen in accordance with applicable policies, are not eligible to participate in the Program.

3. INDODAX may impose redemption limits, Reward quotas, or other participation restrictions during any Program period to ensure Reward availability and maintain fairness among Participants.

4. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by INDODAX, any taxes, administrative fees, or other charges arising from the receipt of Rewards shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant.

B. Prevention of Program Abuse 

1. INDODAX reserves the right to investigate, delay the awarding of Points or Rewards, cancel Points, cancel Reward redemptions, restrict access to the Program, and/or take any other action it deems necessary if there is evidence of Program abuse, transaction manipulation, system exploitation (including botting), the use of automated software (bots), misuse of referral codes, exploitation of bugs or vulnerabilities within the INDODAX system, or any violation of these Terms or the INDODAX General Terms and Conditions.

2. Any decision made by INDODAX based on the results of its investigation and verification of suspected Program abuse shall be final, provided that no administrative or technical error has occurred.

C. Program Changes and Termination

1. INDODAX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend or modify the Program mechanism at any time, including but not limited to the types of Missions, Reward quotas, Point validity periods, and other Program terms, as may be required for operational purposes or the continued development of the Program. Any such amendments or modifications will be communicated through the DAX Rewards feature and/or other official communication channels designated by INDODAX.

2. INDODAX may temporarily suspend (including for system maintenance) or permanently discontinue the DAX Rewards Program at any time.

3. If the Program is discontinued, any Points already earned by Participants will be handled in accordance with the policy announced by INDODAX, unless otherwise determined by INDODAX.

D. Participant Responsibilities 

1. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the account information used in connection with the Program is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

2. Participants are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their INDODAX account credentials, including passwords, one-time passwords (OTP), and any other authentication credentials.

3. INDODAX shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in the delivery of Rewards resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Participant, errors made during the redemption process, or unauthorized use of the Participant's account due to the Participant's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

4. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, INDODAX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, loss of profits, or any other losses arising out of or in connection with the use of the Program, except to the extent such losses are caused by INDODAX's negligence or wilful misconduct.

E. Program Information and Disclaimer 

1. DAX Rewards is a loyalty program organized by INDODAX and is not intended as an invitation, recommendation, or encouragement for Participants to excessively invest in or transact any particular Digital Financial Asset. Each investment and/or transaction decision is made independently by each Participant, taking into account their investment objectives, risk profile, financial capacity, and the risks inherent in Digital Financial Assets. Participants are advised to use idle funds, prioritize emergency funds, and diversify to minimize risks. There is no guarantee of profit from Digital Financial Asset transactions, and any risk of loss arising therefrom shall be borne by the Participant in accordance with their respective investment and/or transaction decisions.

2. INDODAX will never require Participants to make any payment, transfer funds, or disclose their password, One-Time Password (OTP), PIN, or any other authentication code as a condition for participating in the Program or receiving a Reward. Participants are advised to remain vigilant against any form of fraud or scam purporting to represent or act on behalf of INDODAX.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. All decisions made by INDODAX in connection with the administration of the Program, including but not limited to Participant eligibility, Mission completion, the awarding of Points, Reward redemption, and Reward distribution, shall be based on INDODAX's system records and shall be final and binding, provided that no demonstrable administrative, technical, or system error has occurred.

2. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Program, INDODAX and the Participant agree to first seek an amicable resolution through good faith discussions.

3. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mutual consultation, it shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia and shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court.

4. These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

5. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

6. These Terms constitute the entire agreement governing the DAX Rewards Program and shall be read together with the INDODAX General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the INDODAX General Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail to the extent they specifically govern the DAX Rewards Program.
