Orbit Chain is a blockchain that emphasizes interoperability, allowing the transfer and sharing of data stored on various public blockchains. It was originally referred to as Orbit Bridge, but later its chain and tokens were renamed to Orbit Chain.

How Orbit Chain Works in Connecting Various Public Blockchains

Orbit Chain's core concept facilitates the seamless transfer of assets and connects the token economy across chains, different from other IBC solutions, such as Ren Protocol and WBTC. Orbit Chain has achieved full decentralization, in contrast to Ren and WBTC whose transactions are verified and communicated off-chain by closed validators. It shows that their protocols have a lower level of decentralization, which goes against the basic principles of blockchain.
