browse

We inform you that Total Supply is the total amount of digital assets that have been mined or issued, including coins that are not available for trading (for example, those locked for staking, rewards for developers, or lost). Total supply provides a broader picture of coin availability, but not all units are tradable. Meanwhile, Max Supply is the maximum limit on the number of coins that can ever be in circulation. For example, Bitcoin has a max supply of 21 million coins, which means no more Bitcoin will be mined once this number is reached. Max supply is important to understand the potential for long-term inflation and asset scarcity.
