Spot trading is the activity of buying or selling crypto assets instantly at the current price in the market. In spot trading, all transactions are settled in cash on the spot, with no loans, margins, or debts involved.

Spot trading is the simplest and most common type of trading in the crypto market. Traders will buy a crypto asset such as Bitcoin or Ethereum at the current price and can resell it at any time to make a profit or minimize losses.
