A Crypto Bubble is a situation where the price of a crypto asset, such as Bitcoin or Ethereum, experiences a rapid and unnatural increase in price that exceeds its intrinsic value, but is then followed by a drastic drop in price.

A Crypto Bubble occurs when the price of a crypto asset increases rapidly due to increased demand and excessive speculation, leading to the formation of an unsustainable price bubble. This bubble will then burst, causing a sharp price drop and huge losses for investors.

This phenomenon is often driven by overly optimistic market sentiment, investor euphoria, and unrealistic expectations about the future growth potential of crypto assets. When the bubble bursts, panic spreads, investors start selling their assets, and prices fall rapidly.
