You can change your phone number, e-mail or your other data with this step:
- Login to indodax.com
- Choose “menu” and click “profile and setting“
- Klik “edit” next to the data you want to change
- And please fill the data you want to change and provide photo/scan your identity
- Click “save”
Shortly, our team will contact your primary phone number or alternate phone number listed on your account to confirm data replacement/modification request, please ensure your number is active.
The process of replacing the data will take about 1-48 hours if your registered phone number can be contacted by us.
