1. Insert your ATM card.
2. Select language.
3. Enter the ATM PIN.
4. After that select the “Transfer” menu.
5. Then select the “Sinarmas Bank Account” menu.
6. Then select the “Other Customer Accounts” menu.
7. Then enter the virtual account number (example: 8901100100000001), then select “Yes”.
8. Then enter the amount you want to pay. Then select “Yes”.
9. In the “Reference Number” menu, because it is optional, it can be left blank, then select “Correct”.
10. On the confirmation screen, select “Yes” to carry out the transaction, “No” if you want cancel the transaction.

1. Access to Bank Sinarmas internet banking page at https://www.banksinarmas.com/PersonalBanking/loginCustomer.do
2. Enter the username and password.
3. If you have successfully logged in, select the “Transfer Funds” menu.
4. Then select the “Sinarmas Bank Account” menu.
5. Then enter the virtual account number (example: 8901100100000001), then confirm the transaction, such as entering a token number or SMS token to make a payment.

Payment of VA Sinarmas via other banks

1. Select the “Transfer between banks” or “Transfer online between banks”.
2. If the transaction is through an ATM, enter the Sinarmas Bank code (153) then followed by a 16 digit virtual account number (example: 8901100100000001).
3. If through a channel such as internet banking or mobile banking, select Sinarmas Bank then enter the 16 digit virtual account number in the column destination account (example: 8901100100000001).
4. Enter the transfer amount according to the bill.
5. Confirmation of your details will appear on the screen, check and if it is appropriate please continue the transaction until it’s finished.
6. Transaction Success.
