Your deposits may indeed be halted for a few hours should these following factors occur in the process:
- There is a Virtual Account Number (VA) Error.
Please be careful when entering or entering a Virtual Account (VA) number when making a transfer, because if there is an error, your deposit can be delayed for a long time, not entering your Indodax account, even logging into another Member’s Indodax account. If this happens, Indodax is not responsible for errors and misuse of deposits caused by errors in inputting/entering the Virtual Account (VA) number.
- Your money is transferred from banks that are different from ours.
Currently, INDODAX provides some virtual accounts, e-wallets, and other deposit methods, to process your IDR deposits. If you are using the same banks as us, your money will arrive instantly in our bank account and your IDR deposit will be processed immediately by our team. If you are using a different bank (for example BCA, Mandiri, BNI, etc), chances are your deposit will be halted until a few hours since your bank has not moved your funds to our account yet. In order to quicken the process, please contact your bank directly. We will only process your IDR deposit if we have already received your money in our bank account.
- Internet banking connection is not stable.
Sometimes, maintenance happens to our bank so we cannot depend on their services to process your deposit and withdrawal requests for a few hours. Unless the banking system goes back online, we cannot process your requests and we can only wait until they do.
