I can't log in to my account on Indodax.com. What should I do?

If you cannot log in to Indodax.com, please do the following steps:

 

- Please make sure that your internet connection is stable.

- Also note that you must enter the correct e-mail and password, captcha code, and your Google Authenticator or SMS PIN. Failure to enter one of that information five times in a row will get your account banned for 3 hours for security reasons.

- After that, you can log in again to verify sure you're entering the information correctly this time.

- However, if you are still unable to access your Indodax account, then try the following suggestions :

  • Restart your device.
  • Clear your browser's cache.
  • Log in to your account using a different browser.
  • Login to your account on another device.
