If INDODAX rejected your verification, we will inform the rejection reason through the rejection email or on the verification page on the website or INDODAX application, as we can see in the photo below :
Here are several common rejection reasons :
- Your Identity Card photo is either too dark, blurry, or unreadable. Please ensure the ID card photo is readable and clear.
- Attach the invalid identity card, for example, student ID card, etc. The valid ID card for INDODAX account verification is KTP (Indonesian citizen) and Passport (expatriates).
- The self-portrait is inappropriate with the instruction. Please retake the self-photo and follow the instructions on the application.
- The ID number on KTP or Passport has been registered on another INDODAX account. Please keep in mind, that an ID number is currently only valid for one INDODAX account registration. Kindly check the INDODAX account that you have registered before. But if you do not have another INDODAX account, please contact our customer support.
