Why can't I access my account? Why is it banned?

The reason your Indodax account was banned or locked : 

  1. You have been entering the wrong combination of your password and e-mail address for five times in a row. You will unable to log in for three hours.
  2. You have been entering the wrong captcha code, SMS PIN, and Google Authenticator PIN for five times in a row. You will unable to log in for three hours.
  3. For another banned reason that might be occurred on your account, please contact our Customer Support for further checking.
