Here is the steps to withdraw on Indodax by using phone credit:

If you are accessing Indodax through website, please follow this instruction:

1. Navigate the "Wallet" menu
2. Select “Rupiah”
3. Select “Withdraw Rupiah”
4. On the Withdrawal Account, select “New Account”
   
5. Fill in the label according to your name
6. On the Withdrawal Method, select “Pulsa”
7. “Withdrawal via phone credit without being charged” pop-up will show, then click “Close”
8. Enter your mobile number
9. Enter the Google Authenticator code or SMS PIN
   
10. Then click “Submit”
11. Confirm your withdrawal via your email

If you are accessing Indodax through application, please follow this instruction:

1. Open your Indodax application
2. Navigate the “Wallet” menu.
3. Select “Withdraw”
4. On the withdrawal method please select “+ Add Address”
5. Select “Pulsa”, then please enter your mobile number and label
6. Select your desired amount to withdraw, then select "Continue"
   
7. On the transaction details page, please select "Withdraw IDR
8. Enter your application pin, then your Google Authenticator code or SMS PIN
9. Confirm your withdrawal via your email
