The unlock PIN in Indodax is a security code that is used to open access or verify to open your Indodax account again if it is locked. This PIN is different from the account password and serves as an additional layer of protection to ensure the security of member accounts if you enter the wrong email/password combination.

You can unlock your account by verifying with your cellphone number. We will send you an SMS with the verification PIN.
