No, the withdrawal OTP code request cannot be sent via WhatsApp. For now, the withdrawal OTP code can only be sent via SMS / Missed Call or Google Authenticator. If you have a problem that causes you to not be able to receive the OTP code through the registered phone number, then we can recommend changing the phone number first by following the steps listed in the following article (click here). After the phone number data change is successfully processed, please request the OTP code again.
